Changing a booking

If you made a reservation with an arrival up to and including 10 May 2020 and, despite the measures we have taken, you prefer to stay at home, we can offer you the possibility to move your booking once * free of charge * to another period of time with the latest arrival date first of June 2021.

* If the amount is higher than the total booking amount of your first booking, you need to pay the difference. However, you may book fewer days in a more expensive period of time, too, if this makes no difference in price or you will pay the difference in price here, as well. No money is refunded. Furthermore, if you would like to move your booking, you agree to the condition that if you wish to cancel this new period you pay 100% of the travel amount. The payment dates stated in your first booking remain applicable.

After filling in the form, you will receive an email confirmation of the change. If there is a higher price for your chosen date, you will first receive an email with the additional price. If you accept it, you will receive the new confirmation with additional payment, if applicable. We will try to process your request as quickly as possible, though, given this situation, it may take a little longer than you are used to from us. We appreciate your understanding.
