There are more than 60 km in hiking trails here, so you're guaranteed to enjoy a beautiful walk. You could also visit a nearby city like Alkmaar and discover the nice shops and the old city centre. Your holiday home in North Holland is also near the centre of Schoorl. Climb the special climbing dune in the centre and enjoy a nice cup of coffee in one of the outdoor cafes.

While you have fun behind the barbecue, the children can have fun in the playground. Who will race down the slide fastest? If you want to go on a day trip, that will be easily arranged as well. You can rent a bicycle and explore the area that way. Visit the Schoorlse Duinen National Park for example, or the De Kerf nature reserve. It's going to be an amazing holiday!
